Graduating with a degree in Political Science from the University of Jos, Biodun has complemented his academic background with professional certifications, including ACIPM,GPHR, SHRM-SCP, and a recent qualification as a Certified Professional Coach. These credentials reflect his dedication to remaining at the forefront of HR best practices. Before founding Colad Gray Consulting Limited, an HRTech company providing subscription-based HR services and Payroll software to SMEs and startups across Africa, Biodun gained extensive experience in the Oil & Gas and Consulting sectors. His entrepreneurial venture addresses a critical market need while leveraging his years of expertise.

Biodun’s leadership skills were cultivated during his time with AIESEC, where he began in 2001. His progression through roles such as Local Committee President and Member Committee VicePresident for People Development highlights his commitment to personal and organizational growth. His international exposure through AIESEC has further shaped his approach to HR.

Throughout his career, Biodun has led impactful projects, including developing HR systems, managing contract labor for oil and gas companies, and designing competency frameworks. He is particularly adept at handling organizational restructuring and redundancy management with professionalism and empathy.

These roles saw him lead multicultural teams, drive operational excellence, and champion youth leadership across continents.
  2. Professional Experience: He has consulted for leading development institutions and government agencies across Africa, including the African Development Bank, ECOWAS, and various federal ministries in Nigeria. He currently serves as Project Manager at Hawksworth Advisors, a top-tier Nigerian management consulting firm, where he leads high-impact initiatives across sectors.
  3. Education: B.Sc. in Computer Engineering from the University of Lagos, with additional certifications and executive education in strategy, innovation, and digital transformation.

Ugo’s work spans private, public, and development sectors, delivering strategic solutions for national digital programs, youth employment initiatives, and organizational transformation projects. Amina Garba

Amina Garba is a seasoned public servant and accomplished professional with expertise spanning:

She later served as Vice President for Human Resources for AIESEC Nigeria (1995/96) and represented the country at multiple national and international leadership conferences.
  2. Professional Experience:
    • Began her career at NITEL, serving from February 1998 to December 2010.
    • Transitioned to the private sector with Elm Properties Ltd (2011–2013).
    • Currently serves as Assistant General Manager, Audit at the Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF), where she has been contributing since 2013.

Aishat Olabusola Abraham

Aishat Olabusola Abraham is an accomplished professional with over 12 years of multifaceted experience across several fields, including:

     Aishat has built a distinguished career at Guaranty Trust Bank (GTB), where she has served in various strategic and customer-centric capacities, including:

    • Team Lead, Account Maintenance Desk
    • Track Lead, Customer Operations & Services
    • Facilitator for Customer Service & Operations training—locally and for GTB’s expatriates and subsidiaries—on the Finacle application.
