This Omolayole lecture is held annually in honour of Dr.Michael Omolayole who is the former Chairman/Managing Director, Lever Brothers Nigeria Plc- now Unilever Nigeria Plc, former Presidential Advisory Committee member and Chairman/Director (past and present) of numerous multinational companies.
The Omolayole Management Lecture strives to consistently address contemporary socio-economic issues of national and international concern. As part of its annual activities, AIESEC Alumni Nigeria organizes the Omolayole Management Lecture annually to address contemporary socio-economic issues of national and international concern.
Based on the relevance of this lecture series, a number of organizations have teamed up with AIESEC Alumni Nigeria to jointly host the Annual Omolayole Lecture, in all of these 4 organizations, Dr Michael Omolayole has played a significant role in ensuring sustainable impact in their activities over the years.

Since 1985 The Lecture has been hosted yearly by AIESEC Alumni Nigeria in collaboration with these highly esteemed organizations.
This year (2019), we would be hosting Mr Olakunle Alake, Group Managing Director, Dangote Industries Limited (DIL) as speaker for the 35th Annual Omolayole Management Lecture, themed, ‘’Corporate Governance and Succession Planning’’. Prof Olukunle Iyanda, FNIM, President and Chairman, Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered) (NIM) would be chairman of the event.
