The Empower Programme serves as a platform through which a person especially AIESECers can create or expand their business.
In the new era of change and a focus on developing our economy from within some have had ideas that could contribute to this. Some have worked on those ideas while others have neglected them, but here is a chance to showcase yours and potentially have it sponsored.
Objectives
The Empower Programme has the following broad objectives:
To create an interactive learning platform to train young aspiring entrepreneurs in entrepreneurship and business management that will ultimately translate into improved efficiency and productivity.
To kindle the entrepreneurial spirit of the youths.
To act as an incubation center where business ideas are nurtured to their full potential as well as entrenching global best practices by inculcating a culture of innovation-driven entrepreneurship and ethics in the programme participants.
Promotion of self-employment among graduates of institutions of higher learning, thereby changing their job-seeking mindset.
To deepen financial inclusion by de-risking the young aspiring entrepreneurs and making them eligible for small business loans to be provided by AIESEC Alumni Nigeria.
Partnering with Financiers of business to help budding Entrepreneurs access critical funds needed to grow their start-ups.

SPONSORS / SAVERS: Fund Empower MFB Managed Fund for lending to selected Entrepreneurs.
MENTORS / TRAINERS: Become a member of the AAN Mentors and Business Trainers team
INVESTORS: Invest in our Empower “Investment Club Fund”, used for onward Seed Capital Investment in selected business and reap dividends, while supporting worthy business courses and changing lives of Entrepreneurs.
